This
school is noble school that is built by Mr.Mitsugu Sakamoto
in 1926 as educational agency for Oriental medical (Toyo
Igaku) to carry to next generation.
Foundation of school days, there was no model and/or pattern
to teach. It started from making teaching materials. These
steps can be called as history of Oriental Medical education.
This own educational style has been taken over in next
70 years with many efforts and reached today. It resulted
in our unique clinical and practical education. It also
connected to the result in the number of passes on the
state examination by our graduates.
After the war, we prepared programs like judo treatment,
acupuncture and moxibustion, and its massage to meet generation
demand.
In all educational program, many talented students graduated
carrying our great history and their times in our school.
Our graduates are known as talented person in not only
Japan but also in the world. This is followed by our motto
to foster medical leaders with flexible mind based on
enough knowledge and technique.
Another characteristic in our school is teaching human
education at the same time as knowledge and techniques.
Medicine is a benevolent act because the great personality
is required as a medical leader to treat patients' body
and mind. We would like to with all candidates that to
understand the educational motto to achieve all practical
education and technique to contribute improving one's
good health.
